Gyno pop in and pap...?

yesterday i went to the gyno and have a pap (i have to hang about about three week for the results) and the gyno said that everything be fine. could i still have a unpromising result in the pap when the gyno saw that everything be fine? Well the gyno can't SEE everything...so even tho everything might look ok you can still have an irregular pap.
Irregular paps aren't something to bring back totally worried about right away. I have one once and they just do another and it come back fine.
You really can't know if everything totally ok until you acquire those pap results back. ALSO, I know some places don't even contact you unless something IS WRONG beside your pap...
Yea, they can't see everything just by lookin'.
