Give Some Suggestion that how to loose abs(stomach)?

do not skip ur meal...
rob 15-20 mins to finish ur meal.
dont sleep surrounded by afternoon.make urself helpful.
try 2 eat a begger's banquet in ur dinner...avoid protine.(soups or any of friut-avoid grapes,mango)
brush ur reeth after ur dinner.try 2 finish ur dinner b4 8pm.
drink lots of hose.,...and eat lots of salads specially more quanitity of cabbage.
do exercise..pranayam...or skipping,after do some sit ups.
weekly twice non veg.avoid late darkness..n try wake up within early morning.thease stuffs can confidently make u slimmer..i hv tried it...
Exercise, step and eating smaller number oily things.
