Girls, How do I obtain rid of my doomed to failure cramps? (I'm on my period)?

I know its normal but what are some dutiful ways to relieve some of the pain?
(lower stomach pain) - embezzle a warm tub or put a warm hose pad on your stomach.
- drink some hot tea.
- nick a midol, pamprin, or a premsyn (only if you're home because they'll make you for a moment drowsy)
if you have REALLY severe cramps during period, your physician may consider putting you on birth control to control the pain.

I don't know how old you are, but I'm pretty immature and get really desperate cramps. A day or two in the past my period I clutch the reccomended dosage of Ibuprofen and drink plenty of water and avoid saline (just for bloating). Make sure you get lots of rest, devour healthy, and a hot hip bath does the trick. Some people voice that they like to exercise- but I despise this. If you want to just curl up beside a book or watching television consequently do it. I'm sick of people aphorism that exercise is better for you when you're on your period. Fresh nouns is great but if you don't feel close to running laps- don't do it!
