Is it still okay to excersize a lot while on your term?
I'm trying out for softball and we do conditioning three times a week and i'm on my period..so yea..does working out closely bad while on your interval? Exercising during menstruation is actually immensely much advised. There is nought wrong with exercise, and surrounded by fact it can give support to alleviate water retention, sleeplessness, anxiety, and cramping. So DO exercise!!
