Grr to the irregular cycle?!?

K, usually my period is in the order of 28-30 days almost all the time, but I in recent times had it 2 weeks ago and it come back today. What's up next to that? I've had it or somewhat over a year now, so I know it can be irregular for the first 2 years but I am really stressed right in a minute so is that why? There's many explanations for irregular period.
Some may be:
1. Frequent large amounts of stress, or spontaneous small amounts as in good health.
2. Health; from as small as a cold to as big as a disease or STD.
3. Activity; if you're suddenly very stirring (whether it be in sports or freshly exercise, or sexual) it will reflect on your length.
4. It depends on how far you are into your period. During the first few years, your extent will be very irregular, but eventually it will steady out.
Stress relievers (pills), smaller quantity physical activity, more experience beside menstruation, and diagnosis for your illness will assist your period return to regular.
don't worry no biggy...that happen to people adjectives the time...some girls just do that.
