Good birth control?

I need to know a right birth control..
so you don't have your length...
and little side effects..
such as weight gain.
and it would assist if you could smoke while your on it because I know some you can't smoke it helps increase your risk of blood clots?
gratefulness ladies! Implanon lasts 3 years and is a small rod implanted into your arm which releases a minute amount of hormone every time. Very often after the first 3 months your spell will stop for the remaining time the implant is near. Mirena coil is another. And believe it or not I am not going to say stop smoking as for some race this is the only road they can relax better that than illegal drugs or excessive alcohol.
The best birth control... abstain!
Ok, but seriously, I imagine almost all birth controls (pill and injections) advocate no smoking.
